Introduction
The aim and objectives of this report is to analyse the current strategic practices of Tottenham FC, identifying how those strategic plans can be further improved in order to improve the team's standing. The Tottenham Football club is one of the oldest founded in 1882 and has been repeatedly awarded for its countless achievements; Tottenham has been one of the most successful football clubs in the English premier league. Tottenham has taken on various marketing strategies and currently has the most football merchandize stores. For the fans they have also established kiosks during matches to facilitate the fans and provide them easy access of buying goods.

If one team gives a certain amount to it's players the other teams should also ensure to pay the same amount to the players in order to keep them motivated and willing to stay with the team.
