Societal Supervision

The societal supervision needs to be thoroughly versed with the functions and operations of his local subdivision of the government and should have an understanding of its relationship with the units and their relationship with the government. Person needs to be familiar with the local governmental atmosphere although he must avoid political entanglements and alliances as they might affect his official duties. Moreover, he needs to keep himself well equipped about the function, jurisdictions and authority of the persons occupying the diverse positions in his organization and others related so can carry out his duties with ease and efficiency (Bradley, 2001).

In my view man must live without supervision, without hierarchy, because the hierarchy is the structure that organizes and gives body to the supervision. Hierarchies are not only unnecessary but also harmful, and that there are alternative ways, most exemplary of organizing social life. The supervisor is the highest form of hierarchy. However, we must not allow any inequality of power and privilege among people. No one will have the power nobody would be able to oppress anyone.

It is necessary to establish a social system which maximizes individual freedom and social equality. Freedom without a foundation is debauchery and ends in slavery and brutality. The ideal political organization of society is a state of things where government functions are minimized. Therefore, one goal of all human beings is the reduction of supervision functions to nothing, that is, a society without supervision (McKinley, 1995).

The societal supervision is a pyramidal organization composed of a series of grades, ranks and trades ranging from low to high power, prestige and pay. It always includes the manipulation, suppression and exploitation. So people who live working against the power and hierarchy in establishing their state are successful. The person who lives without supervision opposes all hierarchical institutions, because they embody the principle of authority. As always, you should be aware and critical of the society in which you live and work properly. You cannot build a better society without understanding what is wrong with this. It is observed that only in freedom man can learn to think and behave, to give the best of you and perform. In freedom can bring out the true strength of social ties that bind people together, and are the precise basis of social life.

A free community and healthy produce free people who, in turn, will shape the community and enrich social relationships between people that compose it. Freedom is being promoted and produced by the same community, not only because they have been legally established on paper, but only because people live in freedom. A person advances in his path while living and working and defends the virtue and dignity of human beings. The true, full and final release of the human being is possible only if the community that we all humanity possesses the capital, i.e., raw materials and tools, including land (Woyach, 1993).
