In spite of the clinical outcomes and experiments, teaching the students, practicum and various similar results in the classroom settings, the issue has remained persistent for various decades. There is not any magic trick that can grant the required skills in the vicinity of professional roles and responsibilities. We could wish that any such thing would have existed only. Discussion
Management of student conduct and management of the classroom is one of those skills which the teachers try to acquire, process and work on over time. The various kinds of expertise never take shape until there is at least a few years of teaching and managing experience. On the other hand, effective and efficient teaching requires a good level of skills in conducting the tasks and similar observations that commonly are noticed in the classroom almost every day (www.jsums.edu). Strategies such as effective management of the classroom are fundamental to the profession of teaching. It requires a lot of intelligence, sense, courage, fairness, and consistency. The techniques also want the teachers that they should be able to developing understanding in more than one ways which involves the developmental and psychological levels of students. The skills and abilities associated with efficient classroom conduct and management could only be achieved with experiement, practice, observation, and readiness to learn from one'sown wrongs and mistakes. Unfortunately, this is easily said than been carried out. Indeed, a major part of the issue is that there exists no such kind of practicalities to educate students to "practice" the emerging skills prior to entering into a classroom. Due to these reasons, the learning curve is indeed steep (Kizlik, 2012).
As mentioned previously, research and personal experience indicates that a lot of beginning teachers face difficulty in managing their classrooms in a reasonable manner. Since, there is not any single solution for these problems or classroom management and setting, therefore following guidelines, which are drawn fromvarious sources, might be able to assist in solving these problems (www.jsums.edu). Those classroom teachers who had several years of classroom management experience and knowledge have made their contributions to an agreement regarding what shall work and what shall not work when it comes to the classrooms and related behaviors and performance of the students. Following are the strategies that represent few of the things which a good classroom teacher should follow to maintain and establish an atmosphere which will support learning (www.jsums.edu).
