Every year the lives of the people become more and more intense because the pace of life is increasing. Unfortunately, the progress of civilization has a lot of negative points associated with it. Every day people are subject to different pressures, requirements, and limitations and mostly they are not able to meet them (Estleman, 1996). Thus, people have to pay the prices of this progressive civilization through their health in shape of stress. In this connection, this paper will prepare a stress concept and define its various types.
