Executive Summary
The assignment relates to the leadership skills and it also highlights how it can be implemented in an organization. This has submerged the major features for the transformational leadership practices and strategies to meet Vietnam's national strategy. The company Coca-Cola is one of the most successful multinational companies. In the analysis of consumption, the study showed that the majority of Vietnamese consumers understand energy drinks products bring comfort, increase energy, improve mental, reduce stress and help them do a better job. The Coca-Cola Company after entering in Vietnam's market try to create organizational learning, where managers themselves are not convinced it. Coca-Cola entered the Vietnamese market with investment policies in the national company and take over the management through their own capital. A successful entry strategies followed by many different tactics to ensure their position in the Vietnamese market. Similarly, it is also observed that if managers do not support the needs and requirements of the company to better survive in Vietnam's market, the company may fail to resist in that market. Therefore, leadership is some what like what needs to be done or the way of acting in certain situations, however, an efficient leadership can be viewed by the framework for knowing, doing and being. An effective leadership engages in possessing and reflecting one's actions, skills and behaviour. This perhaps, relates to the elements that are being interconnected.
A leader must set goals that lead to the company in a certain direction. Through following strategies and planning will serve as the elements in the success of change management which has helped the organization in achieving the goals and objective of an organization which ultimately guide towards achieving the vision and mission of the organization. Thus, this will prove to be successful for the Vietnam's Market.
