This paper focuses on the application of the strategic leadership style of Jamie Domon. In this paper we discuss the different aspects related to his leadership. Initially the paper discusses the leadership style of Jamie Dimon, as being a situational leader. This paper presents the fact about Jamie Dimon as a leader, being a person, who focuses on achieving success and profit for his company, along with success for the people. This paper also presents his ethical leadership style, in which he tries to keep his employees motivated, through which he keeps them focused towards achieving success for the company. It also focuses on the corporate social responsibility that the organisation fulfills towards the society. JPMorgan Chase is a financial company created in 2000 from the merger of Chase Manhattan Corporation and JP Morgan & Co. (Banking Morgan). It is one of the financial services companies in the worlds oldest. It also operates in the fruit and vegetable market in London (Arvey, Rotundo, Johnson, Zhang, McGue, 2006, pp. 1). The company, headquartered in New York, is a leader in investment banking, financial services, management of financial assets and private investment. With financial assets of $ 1.3 trillion, JPMorgan Chase is now the third bank in the United States, behind Bank of America and Citigroup (Arvey, Rotundo, Johnson, Zhang, McGue, 2006, pp. 5).
