Accuracy versus precision

Accuracy and precision differs slightly from each other. Accuracy is a familiar concept; in the other hand, precision is more of a mathematical and statistical concept. Accuracy means being correct and true in every aspect. Precision means being more exact and to the point in context to a standard or technique.
