Ideal Alternative from the Stakeholder's Perspective

The council of City of Kelsey has agreed upon a few additional projects after negotiating with the parks and Recreations department of the city. According to the negotiations there are a few additional facilities related to recreational activities, which the community requires. However, the final decision taken was for construction of a multi-functionality community park. This park would have a number of facilities including; multipurpose athletic fields, basket ball courts, armadas, dog parks, a police substation and a lot of other facilities.

As a part of carefully analyzing the factors which are essential requirements for creating a park, pre-construction planning has identified the water use for the park as a deciding factor. A need analysis for the water park took place, which has identified a number of elements ranging from needs for a pool to the water required for landscaping of the park. Moreover, the methods of water treatment and changes or upgrades in water treatment systems were among the other critical factors for the park.

Apart from the water need analysis, air quality analysis was also required for construction of the park. The analysis of air quality focused on identification of the sources and forms of air pollution, description of operation and application of air sampling and monitoring system available for the pollutants previously identified and evaluation of these technologies in meeting the needs of the recreational plan.

After identifying the need of creating additional recreational facility, the Office of Mayor conducted a survey, in order to find out what auxiliary facilities people want in the Stanley park project.
