In this case, the need to understand the behavior in an organization is clear, particularly in considering staff behavior within the organization. It was observed that people behave in a different way; however, some people try to control behaviors of other behavior based on their predictions. In this article, culture, power structure, group conflict and leadership within an organization is prominent (Glover, 2005).
Bob leadership is an example of the power structure, which encourages the staff members to idealize him. He has a different persona while dealing with staff that played a critical role in dealing with the problem in an organization, as well as helps in understanding the concerns of team members. Culture is a vital part of an organization and is a predictor of employees' behavior. In this article, Bob tries to cultivate employee involvement culture within the organization to initial change. Whenever, organization strive to bring change in an organization faced some sort of resist from employees due to fear, thereby conflicts arises within the boundaries of an organization. Bob in order to reduce such employee resistance, takes steps such as employee involvement and trains them to enhance their commitment towards organization.
