From elementary school to the university level skills are developed through different means. These skills are termed as transferable skills are the skills and abilities you have acquired during any activity in your life your jobs, classes, projects, volunteer work, parenting, hobbies, sports, virtually anything that are applicable to what you want to do in your next job. Learned abilities are skills you develop throughout your life and can apply to a variety of situations. An example would be the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Introduction
Everyone in the world comprises of skills and abilities. Some are associated with the task such as learning a new software program or interpretation of financial statements in order to manage budget of the company. In 21st century once need many skills in to order to be competitive in the market. These skills are developed from childhood and onward lives till a person enter in to the professional life and apply those learnt skills in their respective profession. However, an important thing which is, to remember is that skills and abilities can be added or improved through training, experience and education (Wilson, 2000).

The following are the skills that were developed in me during my journey of education life:
Basic Skills
Reading: understanding, interpreting and locating written information in prose and documents that comprise of graphs, schedules and manual in order to perform a task. Reading skills are learnt from texts that are the determination of main idea or essential message.
Writing: Writing skills that are related to the ideas and though. Composition and creation of documents for instance directions, letters, proposal, manuals, flow charts and reports through style of language, format that is appropriate with subject, audience and purpose.
Arithmetic: Performing basic computation by means of essential concept, numerical that are related, to whole numbers, percentage in realistic circumstances. Development of arithmetic skills to evaluate charts, diagrams, graphs and tables, in order to acquire or suggest quantitative information on the bases of evaluation.
Speaking: Development of speaking skills that systematize ideas and oral communication messages which are suitable to listeners, along with this discussion, group presentations and conversations participates.
Listening: Development of listening skills that are listening cautiously, understanding and responding to the feedback of the listeners.
Thinking Skills
Creative thinking: freely use of imagination merges information and ideas in innovative ways. Making connection among apparently unrelated ideas, and reframe the objectives in such a way that divulge innovative possibilities.
Decision-making: Identification of aim and limitation. Produce substitutes, risks consideration, and evaluation and selecting best option.
Problem solving: Reorganization of existence of the problems. Identification of reasons in order to solve the problems; monitors and evaluates improvement and modify plan as point out by result.
Personal Qualities
