I got so much agitated and surprised as soon as I recognized that I'll pay a visit to a school where I will be teaching in a near future. The school is a private establishment and is one of the most renowned private schools in the area, and this was the first time since that I am visiting the school. The most crucial was that I would have the opportunity to attend some classes and to scrutinize and ascertain from the class instructor. In addition to, I would ascertain a lot of bright and hardworking students. That particular day, I accommodated a much unstrained and pleasant posture to visit the institute because I never believe I will be a teacher of some private school. I conceive most of the other instructors are far better than I. Since, there is no such pressure on me, I felt rather pleased that day.

After visiting the school, I discovered there were some divergences between my personal vision and the ground realities. To begin with, I believed that there could be numerous advanced or new infrastructures in that private institution. Nevertheless, the institution was rather primitive. Such primitive building architecture made me more peaceful, pleasant and refreshed. I nearly forgot the public and contest in the big city. Earlier, I believed that the students in here might be really brisk, extroverted, popular or really strong-willed. Nevertheless, they were really calm in the classroom and exhibited personal view points to a lesser extent. In short, there was minimum class participation. In the first place, I believed the style of teaching there could be really different with basic or traditional style of teaching and instructor there did not have to give excessive work load to students, but students could be able to attain good ...
