Court Observation

Section A

Introduction

With considering the observations prevalent in a particular court setting, I shall be quoting and describing role and function of the Magistrate Court System, including Community Justice Centres and Legal Aid. In addition to the former, a report shall be submitted that will portray my visiting at the Downing street Court for seeking information regarding convenes or notice of attendance by speaking one of the court officers. I will also provide a concise statement of comments and socio-legal intervention from my personal viewpoint.

When experiencing and attempting to study the regular environment inside the court includes lawyers , the general statute and court setting covers and witnesses to offenders who are mostly accused of minor crimes like shop lifting and violating speed limits. Supporters of victims and other people including reporters and pressmen, police officers, crime and anti-criminal forces work long and hard to put an end to sinister and evil practices. It's quite a confused place apparently but work goes on in a timely way.( Barber, 2010, 807-832)
