Introduction

The assignment provides classroom behavior management strategies that help to develop special children and give them education. The course of behavior management strategy guided to control the behavior of special children in classroom environment. The development of the concept of people with Special education is very recent. It covers a wide diversification of the student population ranging from different disabilities like physical, sensory, mental, learning difficulties or adaptation; gifted children, sick children, `children in difficult family or social situation, and children in prison. In this study, we try to explore the concept of Special education it history, challenges, current practices, technology, and issues related to it. It becomes significant to mould their behavior in class with different strategies.

There are certain children who may have some disabilities, hindering them for receiving the normal education which can be expected for a normal child. Their behavior is also different from normal children. It becomes significant for them to handle with politeness, so they may change their behavior. These challenged children can be entitled to Special Education completely free of charge to public schools. Parents can be better advocates for their children if they know how to access these services, allowing their children to receive the individualized attention they may require to insure a decent education. Special Education has become significant in the schooling children. There are several improvements in the field of other education. Special Education needs far more improvements and considerations in order to provide best available options to special children (Richards, 2010).

Discussion

Children with special needs deserve to be educated on an equal footing with their nondisabled peers. By having the opportunity to interrelate with mainstream student, special needs student can better organize for life after completing high school. An integrated education allows special education students to feel less alienated from, and more a part of, the school community these strategies help in managing special children behavior in the classroom.

Challenges of Behavioral Problems

While many special students pass through stages during which they exhibit permanent forms of challenging behaviors (e.g. tantrums, anxiety, noncompliance, aggression), some young, special children continue to demonstrate pervasive patterns of the problem behaviors that manifest or escalate over time. Beyond developmental or age-related difficult behaviors displayed by two- and three- year- old (i.e. tantrums, defiance, and over-activity, not sharing toys), clinically significant problems may (Clark, 1998):

Present a pattern of symptoms,

Extend beyond transient adjustment (e.g. the birth of a sibling), (c) be evident in several settings and reported by multiple people, (d) be relatively severe, and

Interfere with the child's ability to function at home or school.

Teachers and parents have faced with the daily challenge of teaching and supporting young children who display behaviors that interfere with learning and positive social interactions with peers. The manifestation of behavior problems reaching clinical significance has created a demand for supportive interventions (Kranowitz, 2005).
