I along with my team have noticed several issues in the Woody's Veneer Factory. These issues are not limited to the administrative level but also at the lower level. The basic problem which I have identified the organizational setting is the haughty attitude of the management towards their employees on the floor. There is a lack of communication between the two operational groups and as a result the floor staff has device certain plots to harm the operational efficiencies of the company.
