ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to develop a framework, which assists managers of SMEs in Moscow for understanding the beliefs and behaviours of employees from different cultural backgrounds. This study seeks to explore important factors related to cultural diversity, personality differences and improved intergroup experiences. This research Explore the importance of team management practices within organisations working in Russian firms, highlight the impact of diversified management practices on the organisations in Russia, and elaborate on the challenges faced by managers, who are involved in managing diversified teams. For this particular study, the researcher used quantitative research approach. In this study, the researcher used random sampling. The sample for this study consisted of 100 Russian individuals, employees of famous organisations in Moscow. For this study, the research used a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. The number of male and female participants is equal, i.e. 50 male employees and 50 female employees. The ages of the employees will range from 25 years to 60 years. As this research, study has focused on the importance of teamwork in Organisations in Moscow. There were some problems in the team communication of organisations in Moscow as it was observed. In the analysis of the responses given by employees of the organisations in Moscow, it can be observed that employees had a perception that there was some problem with the flow of communication in the team and at times, there was a problem of feedback in the organization, as well. Thus, it can be concluded that Team Performances have a significant role in organizations' triumph and organisations can be successful if the teamwork is managed effectively.
