Abstract
This research proposal aims at undertaking the vital domain of business ethics, and its imperative facets, with respect of the influence of the perceived business ethics on the morale of employees and loyalty of customers of the relevant business. How the workers become with the ethical environment of the organization and respond in the same ethical manner is elaborated in this proposal. Moreover, the proposal discusses the relevant literature in this regard and the proposed methods for the research, as well the possible limitations the research may entail.

Introduction
Employees, customers, shareholders and suppliers are considered to be the main stakeholders of any organization. Organizational self-interest is considered to motivate the commitments of these stakeholders, however, the rightness or wrongness of actions of a particular organization is asserted by the ethical perspective, in parallel of any societal or stakeholder compulsions. The firms' reputation and recognition is established by its stakeholders; among which consumers and employees are the key stakeholders (Alexander, 1978).
A significant rise in the emphasis of society over issues regarding sustainable development has been witnessed in the recent decade. Both companies and consumers are affected by this emerging trend. New terms have emerged in the arena of corporate world like corporate social responsibility, corporate citizenship, community development or relations etc.; all terms represent the ethical approach adopted by the organization. The aspects point out by the studies conducted on the benefits of ethics in business include: strengthening of brand positioning, improvement in the capability to attract more employees, enhancement in the corporate image and power of the corporate and heightening of sales and market share (Alexander, 1978).
Influence of Business Ethics on Customers
Ethics is among one of those eight categories of value ensuing from an experience of consumption . Ethics can be distinguished or assessed by the consumer . Ethics can be analyzed in diverse marketing subjects for instance, promotion, price inequity and advertising of the sales representative. Apprehending needs and wants of the customer and offering customers with superior products is the solution to the success of the company. Although market orientation is thought-out as a major tactical element of marketing strategy, but there is still some ambiguity in the significance of customers in developing ethical plans and social responsibility of the firm.
