Abstract
The objective of this research is to present a well-developed study, assessing the developments of English language in the Higher Education Institutions at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan of Jordan. Jordan viewed the education process as a source of catching up with the latest advancements in the sector, for which it had to endow its citizens with intellectual knowledge. It is thus, quite clear to view contemporary societies as a target for establishing academic institutions with a goal to satisfy the thirst of modern knowledge. English language creates a medium of convenience for education, where a larger number of teachers make use of English in curriculum and text documents for a wide variety of students from international places. For this purpose, educational institutions of Jordan are established to transfer science and technology to Jordanian society in all its sectors, and it is here that the results of this study can be implemented. This research has long-term research implications on the Jordanian society and will prove to be an effective step in the right direction.
