Introduction

International business is expressed as a collective term that describes all commercial transactions (private and governmental, sales, investments, logistics, and transportation) that take place between two or more nations(Fearon and David 2003, p.42). Usually, private companies undertake such transactions for profit; governments undertake them for profit and for political reasons. It refers to all those business activities which involves cross border transactions of goods, services, resources between two or more nations. However, because of the global presence, international business has the ability to contribute in other international issues as well leading to possible solutions and resolutions. The top among these issues are to engage in peace building and establishing security.

Problem Statement

With the passage of time, every thing has changed, and so are the motivations of the business quarter. Traditionally, business sectors and multinational organizations were used to be driven by profits only. The turn of the century showed that business at international level can play a dominant part for the purpose of social conscience.

It describes that the international business sector can enter into the matters relating peace and security even with no apparent and visible impact of the elements on international business.
