Introduction

Organization is basically combining of the culture, people, business processes technology and work together to achieve management's goals and maximize efficiency and competitiveness in the market and also deliver benefits to their stakeholders and employees.

Organizational behavior refers to the study of people and their behavior in the organization and their workplace. Organizational behavior is an aspect that deals with a great range of disciplines which includes management sociology, psychology, and communication. Organizational behavior brings about achievement of highest performance and good results due to the application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations and workplaces. Through the study of organizational behavior, managers are able to know the problems affecting the employees in the organization and come up with solutions to solve these problems. As a result it brings they work harmoniously together as a family thereby bringing high achievement

Concrete Experience

I am working as a business principal consultant in one of the top telecom venders in the World now, but before that I have gone through a lot of different phases in my life which have enabled me to stand where I am standing right now.

Before I reflect my experiences, I would like to briefly explain those crucial activities and review the overall scenario. On the first day, there were many issues took place within our group. I had no concept about what I can do, I do not know the guidelines of the process and act individually, because each of us were lacking interaction, understanding and preparing, especially the one task. We all were confused as in how we are going to do this. It seemed very difficult to finish. And I was exhausted and fretful. However, other associates try their best to think several thoughts to finish this insane project.

Lots of thoughts create us quite complicated, so we choose to do something first, we develop the post together. When we take the first thing, everything becomes easy and I began to calm down to think how to get the task done.

Suddenly, one best idea comes to me as spontaneous accidents.

I and the team was pretty much pleased with my concept, because one of my personal goals is dealing with pressure better. I always exert pressure upon myself, I can work under pressure, its improve my confidence. At the same time, my team members' encouragements give me a very big power. During the task, when I have an idea, I don't know how to explain, therefore, I use body language let them understand. As an additional means of sound terminology, the gestures perform an essential part in language interaction. As Lurnsden (2000)claimed that, interaction is one of the essential and complicated skills and represents the process used to bring messages from one individual to another. It can be verbal and non-verbal between people trying to create shared meaning.
