Neither the policing activities seem to be effective, nor the safety and security is being relished by a common inhabitant of the community. With every passing hour, the concerns regarding the escalation of the crime rate and activities, as well the level and degree of the security, with respect to the astute effectiveness and performance of the concerned department, is becoming a big question.

This escalation in the criminal activities and the lack of security has resulted in the reception of immense complaints and bad mouthing about the credibility of the police and law and order department. Therefore, it is high time that fresh substantial measures are undertaken to not only curb the crime rate of the community, but also for the restoration of the security, as well as the trust and faith of the public, in the police department.
