Abstract

Recruitment has obtained expanded vigilance by both practitioners and academicians. Researchers and practitioners have concentrated on antecedents of worker recruitment and assortment affirmative conclusions of a worker being engaged. This study assisted to elaborate publications on antecedents and conclusions of recruitment and assortment to encompass human assets practices. In this paper, we have taken the interview from the HR Head of Nakheel Mr. Rabaa Alhashimi, he highlighted many key issues that are faced by Walmart and were faced in the past relating to the recruitment and selection criteria.
