ABSTRACT

This dissertation provides an evaluation of the real estate marketing in United Kingdom. In this research, the researcher focuses on the real estate business in UK. Firstly this paper covers the overview on property investment and development in UK. Furthermore, it demonstrates that the Property Market Influences other Sectors. To support the argument theory of real estate market is also covered in this paper. However, the major focus is on real estate marketing in UK, including the leading real estate companies in UK. To answer the research question qualitative methodology has been selected and by the use of secondary data, the researcher was able to answer the entire research questions, which are covered in chapter 4. Furthermore, analysis of interview questions was also covered in chapter 4. In the end, the research concludes the research and gives recommendation according to the outcome to the research.

Background of the Study

The real estate industry in the UK has undergone many ups and downs in the Europe. In the recent years, North European countries like Scandinavia, Germany and the UK are up for liquidation of their assets. They are now focusing on the South of Europe. In UK, the word for the real property has been curtailed to just property.
