The word quality is sometimes used to define the purpose of creating error-free systems that meet the needs of users with minimal effort. Therefore quality assurance mechanisms are introduced in the development process to ensure there are no deviations from the requirements as development continues. mechanisms for quality assurance inspection process at its various stages to ensure that this requirement is not lost or altered in the process and that mistakes will be minimized(Sachs 2006 ). It is important to know that the quality of the organization requires quality to be an integral part of information system development. Quality assurance is not something that happens separately from the development process. On the contrary, the development process must include a check for the entire process to ensure that the final product meets the initial requirements of the user. Quality assurance therefore becomes an important component of the development process.

Specific Quality Assurance Initiatives

One of the major health problems in hospitals or nursing homes were always falls among elderly patients, especially in patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Some of them are preventable, some not. Nursing homes and hospitals are spending huge amounts of money for care to prevent falling or message every year(Harter 2002 ). Autumn is one of assessing the quality indicators used by the Department of Health to evaluate nursing homes. My company pays great attention to falls. Administration, created by a team drop management, which sits on Tuesdays each week to review each fall and formulate a plan of preventive care as a standard measure of quality control. In one drop of the project, the team studied the incidence control every fall in a nursing home and determined each fall, first shift, in which there was a fall. The result was that some nurses were more falls in the appearance of their units than others. As a follow-up, service and disciplinary action had been issued and the number of falls decreased by 50%.
