Executive Summary
In this proposal, we intended to create a Police department named “Frission Police Department. The department is meant to serve a diverse community of over 100,000 people; paired with a tourist population of more than 25,000. The newly created Police department would have 240 proposed members and would be given a diverse range of challenges to meet. The Frission Police Department would operate continuously and offer law enforcement services round the clock. As a valid official state department, we take pride in the initiation of a progressive and specialized Police Department.
With the increase in population and an influx of foreigners in Florida; the State has become an easy target for criminals and outlaws. The department would engage all the essentials of law enforcement and would work in the field environment as well. Improvised means of policing would be implemented and modern innovations pertinent to Police work would be implemented to deal with the present challenges. Our Police Department would strive for excellence in all avenues of law enforcement service. The training of police officers and concerned staff would also be given high importance. Over time, the department would implement newer systems used in data and crime analysis to supplement the effectiveness of police's role in the community. The new systems would include technological advancements, IT infrastructure and database management.
The Frisson Police department would indulge in confidence building endeavors in the different communities of Florida. The department intends to achieve the goal by building partnerships with local businesses and residents by initiating projects such as neighborhood watch groups, homeowner's association meetings and other civic engagements in the county. The “Frission Police Department” would introduce an agency-wide community oriented policing philosophy which would enable different domains and law enforcement units to work in accordance with each other for the achievement of cumulative goals. This attempt would increase the communication between other departments in Florida. Frission Police Department looks forward to a continual inter-department partnership while maintaining its strategy and vision.

Mission Statement
The Frission Police Department would replace the County Sheriff's office in Florida. The department would “strive to maintain the law and order situation in its vicinity and protect the residents of Frission in Florida”. The department would be committed to work in collaboration with the community and to ensure an increased level of security in the neighborhoods and streets. Frission Police Department aims to make the city crime free so that it can progress and prosper.
