Studies in the past have concluded that students feel disconnected when they are not offered a high-quality infrastructure and management by college in order to facilitate students for their queries. Such students might feel depress when their questions remain unanswered. Other students may bring emotional remnants of negative college experiences with them to their future educational institutes (Evans et al. 2006).
Researches have suggested that student retention in such a situation is often difficult as most of the students drop out of college most frequently citing lack of management as the key element.
In this essay, I would like to bring my proposal to you that could help the management to solve the current issues that are faced by both students and the faculty members.
Discussion
Since the students' affair office is always a very busy place, it has become almost impossible to get any required information from them. For this purpose, I would like to recommend that there must be an informed schedule that must be followed to get the required information for students. For instance, each student may forward their queries to students' affair office through email, and management may give appointment to everyone in need of information. Also, they can answer all queries on email that do not require a physical presence of the student (Garmston et al. 1999).
Another significant issue, faced by the students, is that the parking lots are too crowded that become and there is less lightning at night due to which students face a lot of problems while parking their cars.
