Nokia was formed in. It is basically communication based company. The main focus of this company is a mobile phone technology. This company has honored to invent the first technology of SMS messaging. Then nokia was introduced the next technology, it was being able to put different faces on your phone. After the invention of these technologies, Nokia has another new technology which is fast and thick in shape such as MMS, WAP (Internet Technology), and introduced Polyphonic Ringtones and video recorders (Anonym, 2008).

Nokia follow principles for marketing. Nokia prefer these principles for making marketing strategies. Basically Nokia is being market oriented company.Nokia follow these principles which are given below:

1. Customer Satisfaction must be fulfill

2. Perception must be positive in the mind of customers

3. Needs and expectation must be fulfilling which is related to Nokia products

4. Innovation regarding changing environment

5. Heterogeneous segmentation of market

Nokia must focus at what to area of the market is hidden and need to focus in this area. Current situation of the youth market is saturated. Youth does not have the same mentality, so Nokia should not more focus on youth (Viardot, 2009).This time nokia should have to conduct research and identify most homogenous area. The affordability of every youngster has different, so it is very difficult to identify that what price should be suitable for youngster (Anonym, 2008).

Nokia has been introduced different strategies for promotion of Nokia products for many years, some are affective, and some are failed to influenced, but Nokia is the market leader among competitors of Telecommunication companies (Graham, 2011).

Recently Nokia introduced different strategies such as Nokia Company has developed the new store layouts for encouraging visitors, to direct interaction with Nokia products and recent Nokia products. Creative Director of Design Agency has developed a new store layout of Nokia .he said that experience with nokia products is a main focus for Nokia, because it is more affective as compare then above the line advertising. Retail has good and important tool for advertising and marketing. It is the place for attraction of customers for buy nokia product after experience with Nokia Products.
