If someone cheats in his working environment or do some kind of unethical act then he or she is not sincere to his or her work. In a working environment, the professional integrity is needed to be maintained. If individuals failed to follow the rules and regulations of his organization then he is not doing his work with full devotion. There is an employee in a healthcare sector who knows everything about her job conditions, requirements, and job ethics. But sadly she cheated in her job. She is a nurse who takes care of patients. Once she was working in a hospital and she had a duty to work in the night shift. She was required to take care of all those ICU patients where her duty was assigned. Patients were in a critical condition. So, it was compulsory for her to give them the care and medicine on time. But, then she did not care about her patients. She slept, and did not bother about the patients. When the doctor came in the ICU, he made her awake and punishes her.
