From the given cases of council IT system problems and Hilton Plettell, it can be observed that the staff or the people who are responsible for the data management are not capable of managing and processing the data of council IT system and the data of the patients of the Blundering hospital. The reason of this statement is that council is facing the problems of wages of the employees and Blundering hospital is facing the problem of inappropriately managing of the data of the hospital. Therefore, for these problems, it is important that the training is required for the people of data management in council and hospital.

In addition to this, the information technology is varied and rapidly changing, so it is important to seek the most current advice before selecting a system or developing an application for council and hospital. Ideally, developers of database involved not only in managing the data, but also in the sampling system (Inmon, 1994, 6-16). It is important that the people who are managing the database of council and hospital should aware of computer technology as it is important for the implementation of SAP and other ERP systems which is crucial for the implementation of database system (Elmasri & Navathe, 2001, 16-24).
