Introduction

Personality analysis of anyone is not an easy task; it requires deep observation and wide knowledge about psychology to judge the personality of anyone. In this assignment, our group has been assigned to undertake an online personality test, to identify the strength and weakness of the group or team (Lundin, 1969). For this study, all six of our group members including me had undertaken the online test and obtained the following results.

Personality types

First of all, I will discuss my personality, followed by the personality types of my group members. I am a firm believer in communication. This is very important to me because it leaves room for no error. My personality is reserved, as I always think before talking; this makes me a responsible person as people never get bad perception about me. I always love to meet the strict deadlines; love to handle pressures as this compels me to think creatively (Mehrabian, 1968). However, I do not rush on my assignments as I feel that I do my best work at the last minute because at the last minute pressure surmounts, and I work more than my capacity with effective team participation. It works for me. What I bring to the table is reassurance that the assignment will be done before the deadline. My ability of pressure handling bring assurance and calmness to the group that the work will be done. Online test I have taken provide me the following results.

Personality type of YemiIdowu: Group Memeber

I believe that YemiIdowu have quiet personality. This trait of her personality makes me believe that I will need to ask her questions, and her suggestions to make sure she feels her as an integral part of the group. I have also assumed from my personal observation that she may not volunteer to take on various tasks. However, her understanding of group or team dynamics and maturity makes me believe that she will execute every task assigned to her smoothly. Yemi seems like one of those people who likes to stay in the background and only speaks when she is asked to speak (Maddi, 1968).
