In the current semester, my goal is to lose 15 KG weight and remove all the excessive fat from my body. I will make sure that I maintain a proper diet, which would provide my body with the required amount of nutrition that is necessary for my body to keep working in a healthy manner. I will also make sure that my diet plan and my exercise plan works put well for my body.
II. Fitness Plan
A. Cardio Fitness Plan - I will strengthen my cardio-vascular muscles by using the interval training method. This type of exercise and training has occasional periods of exercise and relaxation. I will start by walking on a treadmill for about 20 minutes at first, then I will take a rest for about 5 minutes then again 15 minutes of fast walk on the tread mill. I will continue the procedure to walk for about 1 hour a day.
B. Strength/ Endurance Fitness Plan - I will enhance my physical strength and endurance by working out through weight lifting. I will start by using lightweights at the beginning.
III. Nutrition Plan
A. Nutrient Addition - To provide sufficient amount of nutrition to my body, I will make sure that I add food with suitable amount of nutrition factors in it like green vegetables, because green vegetables are full of nutrition.
