Introduction
The project study report is on management and accounting, human resources (HR) policies and on the basis of six cases (two in Canada, two in Japan and the UK based on organizational performance. It is difficult to link together, because of organizational performance and factors such as time interval between a new human resources policy introduced, the results of the impact on organizational performance (e.g., organizational performance, the two issues of human difference Resources Policy.) However, only in this area, our knowledge will be improved. (P., 1995)
Human Resource Policies with New Compensation Plan
Human resources of the respondents mentioned at least six three policies are been discussed as follows:
1. Work Life
Two (cases A and B) of the Japanese companies have a policy of "lifelong career", although this policy has been under growing strain from global competition to other factors in recent years. Because of this policy, in case A and B of the respondents "lifetime job" as a Case A or program B staff and his second, as a management accounting, human resource managers and all other efficient managers. Case A emphasis on internal recruitment, to an internal "free agency" policy. (P., 1995)
2. Recruitment
Our work-life policy to hire new employees, is similar to a new cost over one million pounds and the machinery of capital investment decisions. In addition, if we do not like machines, we can always sell, but maybe 40 years we have a new school. (J.B.,1994)
3. Training
