No, I would not prefer going for a hotel franchise. Hotel franchise is a lot of pressure, plus you can not grow out of the box either, you are bound to follow their rules and regulations and can not make adjustments in your own hotel.

It depends on, how big the area for hotel is. Normally, for starter, I would suggest going with 20 to 30 rooms and 10 to 15 rooms for hotel staff and employees with complementary rooms,
