Currently the company is facing the problem of high employee turnover because the employees are highly de-motivated and there is unhappiness from the side of employees, and therefore it is resulting in decrease since the last two years. Many of the employees have left the organization because of these issues, & if there will be no improvement then more employees are ready to leave the organization as well. There are many employees having vast knowledge of the historical operations are leaving the company and this is affecting the profitability and productivity both, within the organization. Several surveys have been conducted which have shown that there is a great decrease in work satisfaction and the organization is also failing in appreciating their employees for their performance.
