Organized crime or lawless individual associations is a transnational grouping of highly centralized enterprises run by lawless individuals for the reason of engaging in illicit undertaking, most routinely for monetary profit. The Organized misdeed command Act (U.S., 1970) characterises coordinated misdeed as "The unlawful undertakings of [...] a highly coordinated, well controlled association [...]".[1] Such misdeed is routinely mentioned to as the work of the Mob in the U.S. (Sullivan, 2002)
