ABSTRACT
In this study we try to explore the concept of “organizational culture and climate” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “organization” and its relation with “the corporate climate and culture”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “organizational culture” and tries to gauge its effect on “overall performance of the organization”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “organizational performance” and tries to describe the overall effect of “corporate culture and climate” on “organization”.
