Abstract

The paper focuses the topic of organizational change and innovation with the analysis of HR approaches and methods. R&V group is provider of online and web marketing solutions. The change in strategy is carried out in order to provide more effective services to its customers. Secondary data is used to gather the information and as well as for the purpose of the evaluation of data. The drivers of the organizational change i.e. external and internal are discussed in the report. Resulted oriented conclusion followed by effective recommendations is also key element of the report.

Introduction

Innovation is widely regarded as one of the most important factors in the success of companies (Cardozo and al.1993). In marketing, innovation is recognized to contribute significantly to the extent that the company is market driven. Approval of organizational innovation has received growing attention in the literature in marketing and management over the past two decades.

Company Snapshot

R&V group is provider of online and web marketing solutions. R&V opened its first office at London - United Kingdom in 2005. It is a consulting firm which helps their clients understanding the web data collected through the various tools installed on the various clients' websites and provides the actionable insights and provides recommendations. Basically, R&V group helps firms to analyze, elevate the digital marketing data to engross with the consumers and projections. R&V group has database department, offline and online analytics department, digital asset services. The company's consolidated revenue (Appendix I) is 2 Billion and the profit was 97 million's in 2011. The company has 11 offices worldwide and headquartered at London which serves Business-to-Business, Business-to-Consumers companies.

Database Department

All the data is collected by the Database Department. The team within database department collects the data and based on the clients requirement they provide the automated reporting based on the balance scorecards, marketing dashboards. All the data is collected in a centrally managed database system and the web data capturing tools are integrated with the centrally managed database management system so that the data can be segmented based on the client profiles.

Offline and Online Analytics Department

The offline and online analytics department within R&V group is responsible for the analysis piece and provide the actionable insights, provides the recommendations and translates data into knowledge. They are responsible for providing Key Performance Indicators based on the clients requirements. Specifically to what data can be captured.

Digital Asset Services

This team is responsible for the creating the digital assets for the websites (e.g. Interactive banners, flash banners, JPEG images). All the data of the company is collected through annual report, Whitepaper, AITA analysis yearly report, Press releases and human resources policy manual. This report is also based on the journal articles from the Emerald database, Business source complete and the recommended textbooks.
