Project Teams:

A successful project requires a rigorous and effective project team. The project organization is dependent on the hierarchy of the company. Project teams are integrated by the selection of technical specialists who are chosen primarily for their ability to develop a certain role in the project and whether it is appropriate to take into account their personal affinity, it is never a factor. (Gido, 1999, 23-53)

Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior User:

My responsibility is to look after all the products supplied to the users.

I have to look after complete resources provided to the customer.

Ensure that the project will produce products that will meet the requirement of the user.

Ensure that the products will satisfy customers and will be helpful in providing complete benefit to the user

Specify the needs and requirements of the users who will be using the product

Identify user's connection with the project team

Have to monitor the solutions that will meet the needs of the user within the limitation of the organization in terms of functionality, user friendly product and quality of the product

Have to represent the benefits of the users who will be using the final product

Have to commit the resources of the users and monitor the products against the needs and requirements

Theory of Motivation:

According to his theory people seek to satisfy their basic needs such as food and security, with their work. After this threshold, the satisfaction of higher needs for different activities will leave his job. (Gido, 1999, 23-53)

The modern theory of project management is linked to the theory and some key points related to the motivation of the project team:

Decentralization and delegation of tasks.

Adoption of different roles in different projects of the organization simultaneously.

Participatory management, consultation with team members as experts in a subject.
