Introduction

The major reason of this paper is to proceed as a new warden in the prison of United States. The prison that you have been allotted to has been covered with many individual altercations and has had three little riots, two on distinct cellblocks, and another in the chow hall. In this paper some difficulties are to be considered which have been faced as the warden (Carwithen 2001).
