Abstract

The paper is designed to highlight the juvenile crime statistics and other grounds to manifest that imprisoned kids doesn't work and observed that the facilities of correctional juvenile do not diminish future offending. The article shows that youth prisons cannot reduce the rate of upcoming crimes; it frequently exposes the abusive and dangerous condition to youth and wastes the dollars of taxpayer.

It has been discovered since 1970 that several violence, excessive use of isolation, abuse are authenticated in the thirty nine states of juvenile corrections facilities.
