ABSTRACT

This aim of this paper was to analyze how “green” attributes assist to Green hotel customers' general satisfaction. A qualitative and quantitative study assisted develop a register of the attributes that assist to general approval with Green hotel services. Then a Tetraclasse form, which best features the four-fold environment of this assistance, was used. Two hypotheses are posed. First, attributes of Green hotel service can be split up into four distinct kinds as asserted by the way in which they assist to forming satisfaction. Second, in periods of how they assist to forming approval, ecological defence plans can be advised “plus” attributes.

Background of the study

Tourism is one of the premier growth sectors of the global economy, conveying in billions of dollars every year in developing countries and transporting millions of people internationally. But the tourism industry's growth through the years has conceived an increasing amount of stress on the environment. For demonstration, as a result of increasing tourism in UK, developers constructed several hotels. The inns shortly drew up to 66,000 gallons of water per day from wells and other localizedized sources. Many of the wells and rivers the community had relied on went dry. This is a common problem in numerous areas where tourism runs into the limits of natural resources. (Swan,2006,25)
