A Miranda right is an alert granted by policeman in the United States to lawless individual supposes in policeman custody, or in a custodial position, before they are interrogated. A custodial position is one in which the suspect's flexibility of action is held back (judged by the "free to leave" test), even if he is not under arrest. An extracted incriminating declaration by a suppose will not constitute admissible clues except the suppose was acquainted of his/her "Miranda rights" and made an understanding, smart, and voluntary waiver of those rights.
