Introduction

The Marine Corps of the United States was founded in 1775, even before U.S. was officially formed. This elite group of men and women live by a strict code of ethics and integrity, resulting not only strong warriors but people of exceptional character. The core values are honor, courage and commitment, which they replicate on and off the battlefield.

Organization that has been selected for this research analysis is U.S. Marine Corps. The organization is represented by Commander Gen James F. Amos. US Marine Corps aims at training, maintaining, and equipping the force to deter aggression of enemy, wining wars, and supporting the freedom of US Navy in the seas. The Marine Corps United States serves as an amphibious force, and has three main areas of responsibility: The capture or defense of naval bases and the necessary operations to support naval campaigns , developing tactics, techniques and equipment used by the forces of amphibious landing , and any other functions which the President may order. The Marine Corps has an important role, as being the military leader force it is present in soil in most conflicts. In the civilian leadership structure of the U.S. Army, the Marine Corps is a component of the Navy that works closely with the Navy. However, in the military leadership structure of the Marine Corps is a separate branch.

US Marine Corps ability to take action quickly to regional disasters gives it a responsibility in the execution and performance of American overseas policy, and makes it a leader. The Marine Corps is the least branch of the military forces of Department of Defense, however, higher than the vast majority of the armed forces of other countries of importance. Marine Corps of United States plays a very important function in the nationalized security as an force, expeditionary, and as a combined air-ground force competent of entering from the land, sea and air. The United States Marine Corps has an important role, as being the military leader force it is present in soil in most conflicts. Its inimitable capability to quickly deploy a collective force in most parts of the world in a matter of days makes it a leader.
