Tourism in Jordan is one of the most important sectors of the economy. Amounting to nearly 3 billion dollars in tourism revenues in 2009, with 3.5 million tourists, Jordan, in many countries was visited. The main attractions (since 1985 a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the seven wonders of the world), includes the world-famous Petra, visiting historical places, including in Jordan, Mount Nebo, Madaba, a large number of mosques and medieval churches and unspoiled natural sites, the observation of cultural and religious sites and traditions.
Hypotheses
Jordan economy has shown strong and huge growth in past few years as per World Bank. World Bank said that in current years Jordan economy has seen an exceptional growth of 7 percent average in 2004-2007. The growth trend continued in 2007 at about 6%. The service sector of economy dominated the country GDP. The estimated output from service sector was about 70 percent in 2005. The sectors which dominated the economy are insurance, government services, wholesale, hotels, retail. Finance, communication and storage and these sectors added to the overall economy output. One of the most critical area on which the government of Jordan is focusing is the sector of tourism.
Tourism has become a key player in Jordan's economy is always an outstanding has grown rapidly. Nabataea city of Petra arm with a declaration of a major impetus to the New 7 Wonders Foundation, as one of the world's new wonders of the earth as one of the most important was to travel the country. and $ 70,000,000 in the back of a campaign created by the government in Madaba, Kerak, Salt, Jerash and Ajloun in Jordan, including five historic cities to beautify.
In order to seek cultural knowledge and spiritual enrichment Jordan is an ideal destination. The ethnically and religiously diverse population is valued by the country and all citizens rights are being provided to them. No discrimination is done on basis of religion or any other reason. The basic elements of tolerance and appreciation contribute much to the peaceful and stable cultural climate in the country Jordan. About 92% of Jordan population is Sunni Muslims and an estimated 6% are Christians.

Sample
The interviews are 35 with the people who are related to the subject of study. For example officials in the ministry of tourism and Jordan tourism board, religious men whether they are Muslims or Christians , the local people who live around the holy sites, the ministry of Islamic affairs because there is a department in the ministry for religious tourism. Here we have a big problem how can this Ministry of Islamic Affairs develop religious tourism and most of them are against religious tourism. Islam doesn't forbid tourism but encourages tourism and to see the world but most of them are against the expression of religious tourism.
