Introduction

Mental models are a very important concept to understand in the process of personal and organizational learning. To be able to learn is necessary to understand the deepest beliefs. Only when we understand our deepest beliefs will be able to change and become learners. The deepest beliefs described here is what Senge (1990) means a mental model (Georges, 2001).
