This paper focuses on the McKing which is going to add a new burger in its product range which will be offering lower fat to the customers. The name of the product will be Healthy Burger; thus, it is essential and necessary for the manager of McKing to investigate the marketing campaigns to successfully promote the new burger. The reason of this statement is that it is imperative for the manager of McKing to be aware of the organizational behaviors which are inclined by an assortment of factors that can affect the marketing campaigns of Healthy Burger.

It is important for the McKing's manager to know that the organizational strategy is systemic concepts which is made up of fundamental parts which are independently distinguishable, but which together forms a new strategy which is better that ultimately affect the overall organization in respect of effectiveness and efficiency of the productivity of McKing (Miles and Snow, 2008).
