The trend of fast food consumption has been increasing at a rapid pace for the last many years. This trend of increasing consumption is still on rise. Competition in the fast food industry has also increased tremendously due to this upward movement of the consumption of fast food items. Customers, along with quality of fast food products are now looking for a good ambiance to go along with other facilities at fast food restaurants. Therefore, there is a need for the restaurants to provide the customers with better than the best quality of service in the fast food industry. EasyOrder is such a new technology that has been developed with the aim of providing the restaurant with the chance to be able to fulfill this need, to provide the customers with better than the best quality of service in the fast food industry (Kurtz, 2010). Therefore, the promotional/communication objectives of this new technology product, EasyOrder, will be based on the achievement of these motives (Eskilson, 2007). The promotion/communication of this product will be done by portraying the value that the product will be able to provide to the restaurants, allowing their customers an ease to order their food from the menu, using tablet, having credit card machine attached, a speaker, video monitoring, and will be movable to the vehicle for easy use. This will help the restaurants in being able to improve the quality of service they will be providing to the customers, and will prove to be an attractive factor for the fast food restaurants to purchase and implement this new technology product at their fast food restaurants.
