Introduction

In this paper, research will be carried out for a product named 'Allergy-Be-Gone' of Pet Palace. This product is being introduced for people who are allergic to pets and cannot keep pets in their house because of their allergy. This product will be helpful for people in keeping their favorite pets without the fear of allergy. Pet are linked all over the world and people belonging to different t region of the world are interested in taking pets. This product will help them in keeping pets without the fear of their allergic trauma. Many researches indicate that pets can help people in reducing their level of stress, and they rejoice, playing with their pets. In the United States dog is considered to be a “man's best friend”, which is why it is the most common pet animal in the country. Some people are not fortunate enough to play with their pets due to their allergy with animal fur, saliva and urine. Our task is to provide them with an opportunity to enjoy their time with their pets and reduce their stress after a tiring day at work or school. We make sure that 'Allergy-Be-Gone', will help them in dealing their disorder and live a normal life (Ferrell & Hartline, 2010).

In developing a marketing plan for the product, we have successfully designed the first two sections of the marketing mix that are, product and price. Now we will consider feasible options for the placement and promotional strategies that we can practically implement in the market. The target market of the product is pet owners, without any discrimination in their demographics and psychographics. Therefore, this involves catering a huge segment of the market. We will design a marketing strategy plan, keeping view that the product should be available within an arm's reach of customer desire. We will also focus on how best to promote and advertise 'Allergy-Be-Gone', keeping in view our allocated budget.

Place Strategy

Marketing channels play a significant role in the coordination of manufacturers and final consumers. Selecting a marketing channel is critical for and company, this choice depends on the identification and analysis of customer needs, evaluating alternatives, channel objective establishment and number and intermediaries that may be involved in the channel. We will consider these aspects in developing a place strategy for our product (Lamb, Hair & McDaniel, 2011).

Keeping in view the needs of our customers the best place for the placement of our product would be community clinics. People consult local doctors and physicians for their common allergies, placing 'Allergy-Be-Gone' in clinics will inform a number of allergic patients of our product.

Pet store can also be considered for the placement of our product. Customers buying pets will always be interested in such products, and they can refer such products to their friends and families through word of mouth.
