The first McDonald's outlet was opened by brothers McDonald's in 1948. At that time, it became the first local franchise in the history of fast food in San Bernardino, California (USA). It offers fast food, which is prepared and serves at high speed. There is no doubt that the basis of their success was to replace the conventional dishes used in the rest of restaurants (Books, 2010). After some time, they reached a high level of sales although their menu was limited, but they kept growing. So in 1955, Ray Croc opened the first store of the Corporation.

During 50s and 60s, the management team of Ray Kroc established the successful philosophy of the system of the company which indentified four factors that were Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (Books Llc, 2010, p. 13-16). While McDonald's offers its customers a standard menu in all its premises, it is even noticeable that these menus are combined with special products, which are developed in each culture depending on the tastes.Mc Donald turns to be the best brand worldwide. It have always listened customers and continue building its brand strategies. The positive brand personality gives Mc Donald highest success in fast food chains. Mc Donald have performs in the consistent way that means it has provided customer satisfaction throughout. It has always provided best marketing and advertising campaigns. The color, design, images are the positive feature of the brand that has always attracted families towards it. The Golden Arches is the familiar logo of the Mc Donald.

Mc Donald has always given tough competition to its rivals. Economic legal and technological changes take them to the better way and bring success in the market. The company has gain loyal customers throughout the years. The company believes in the 4 P's of marketing and has always considered them to be the best to attract customers (Books Llc, 2010, p. 13-16).The success factor of Mc Donald is the continued marketing research and its ongoing marketing research. They have focused on their products and their customers. The researches have helped them to create a right marketing mix for the company. They have put their efforts to identify the buying decision that is significant for the company to sell its products. The company do not fail to impress customers psychologically they have given the equivalent attention to the physical product benefits and the psychological needs of the product.

The marketing of Mc Donald has created positive brand image in the mind of the consumer. To go for the long term business, there are always limited numbers of customers to retain them.
