As a SVP, Head of Business Development in Unites Arab Emirates Bank, I am interested to learn about Managing Complex Environment, that's why I chose the topic “Managing Complex Environment” for my Doctorate Business Administration degree. This study will also help me to understand the work environment of my own workplace and I will utilize the knowledge gained from this study in analyzing different problems and making decisions about Complex Workplace Environment at Unites Arab Emirates Bank.
