In organization people are coming from different workplace, they belong to the different backgrounds, cultures etc. diversity is important to understand people recognizing their individual differences. Diversity refers to the exploration of those differences and work for the betterment of the organizational environment. Background differences
When there are people from a different background working in an organization, means they have different life experiences, educational background and they differ in the political preferences, these changes make them different from each other, and this can also cause conflicts to arise ate the work place.
